Our sea moss is hand-harvested from the sea off Jamaica and St. Lucia, not grown in a pool or a tank. You can see it when you open the jar: the strands vary in thickness and colour, the way anything grown in the ocean does, instead of the even, uniform look of farmed seaweed.

Ours is wildcrafted Caribbean gold sea moss. 'Irish sea moss' is a loose term many sellers use for sea moss in general, so if you are after the golden Caribbean type, that is what we make.
