By accessing our website or purchasing products from Healing Moss, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our website or purchase our products.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, vendors, merchants, affiliates, and users of the website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

Healing Moss sells natural food products intended to support a healthy lifestyle.

Product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, pricing, photographs, and availability may change without notice.

Because our products are made using natural ingredients, variations in colour, taste, texture, aroma, consistency, and appearance may occur between batches. These natural variations are expected and do not constitute product defects.

Images shown on our website are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly due to lighting, packaging updates, or natural ingredient variations.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities purchased by any customer.

SECTION 3 – HEALTH DISCLAIMER

The information provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing on this website is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The information presented should not be considered medical advice and is not intended to replace consultation with a qualified physician or licensed healthcare professional.

SECTION 4 – ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient lists before consuming any product.

Although we take reasonable precautions during production, our products may be manufactured in facilities that also process common food allergens.

Healing Moss cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from trace allergens.

If you have severe food allergies, consult your healthcare professional before purchasing or consuming any product.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCT STORAGE

Healing Moss products are perishable food products.

Unless otherwise stated on the product label, products must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

Failure to refrigerate or properly store products may affect freshness, quality, taste, texture, and food safety.

Healing Moss is not responsible for product deterioration caused by:

  • improper storage;
  • delayed refrigeration;
  • freezing or thawing by the customer;
  • leaving products outside refrigeration after delivery; or
  • misuse of the product after delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive refrigerated deliveries whenever possible.

All orders are subject to acceptance.

We reserve the right to:

Should an order be cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued.

SECTION 7 – PRICING

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Healing Moss reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccuracies at any time.

  • transportation interruptions;
  • government actions;
  • incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers; or
  • events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped because incorrect shipping information was provided.

SECTION 10 – FINAL SALE POLICY

Due to the perishable nature of our food products and for food safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on food products except where required by applicable Canadian law.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact Healing Moss within 48 hours of delivery by emailing healingmoss6@gmail.com.

Claims should include:

  • your order number;
