Final Sale Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products and for food safety reasons, all Healing Moss products are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for products that have been opened, used, or purchased in error.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing healingmoss6@gmail.com.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.

If we determine that the product arrived damaged, defective, or that an error occurred during fulfillment, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Food Safety

For the safety of all customers, we cannot accept returned food products under any circumstances. Once a food product has left our facility, it cannot be restocked or resold.

Shipping Issues

Healing Moss is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address supplied by the customer may require additional shipping charges before being reshipped.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times vary by financial institution and may take several business days to appear on your account.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that consumers may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. If a product is defective, unsafe, materially misrepresented, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable legal requirements, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
